Andy Beeckwee is a founding Partner at Nuans. He advises entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, founders, investors and management teams on strategic corporate matters throughout the life cycle of their businesses.
Andy specializes in corporate law with a strong focus on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate restructurings, and insolvency-related transactions. He regularly assists clients in structuring, negotiating and implementing complex transactions, combining legal expertise with a pragmatic and commercially driven approach. In addition, Andy has extensive experience in corporate real estate transactions, shareholder disputes and general corporate advisory work.
