Andy Beeckwee is partner and leads our Corporate. M&A. team.
Andy specialises in corporate law, M&A and private equity. He advises entrepreneurs, management teams, investors and companies on acquisitions, investments, exits, joint ventures and other strategic corporate transactions.
Andy combines transactional expertise with a pragmatic understanding of his clients’ business and ambitions. He regularly acts as a trusted adviser to entrepreneurs and companies throughout their growth journey, from structuring and fundraising to acquisitions and exits.
Andy holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Ghent and from the University of Glasgow (2012).
Andy joined the Bar in 2012 and co-founded Nuans in 2022.
