Sander is a lawyer at the Ghent Bar with over a decade of experience in ICT, technology, data protection, and cybersecurity. Since 2022, he is co-founder and partner at Nuans, following his role as partner at Portelio Advocaten and earlier positions at Integra Advocaten and Monard-D’Hulst (now Monard Law).
He holds a Master’s degree in Law (Ghent University, magna cum laude) and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Rights (HUB, cum laude), and is a certified Data Protection Officer, regularly participating in advanced DPO training programmes. His expertise is further reflected in several publications in the field of data protection.
