Hannes Abraham is a partner at Nuans, specializing in intellectual property, technology, and datarelated matters. He advises and represents clients on a broad range of issues relating to IP, IT, ecommerce, and commercial practices, combining strong legal expertise with a deep understanding of innovation-driven environments. His work includes both advisory and transactional support, as well as representing clients in complex disputes before Belgian and European courts and administrative bodies.

In addition to his practice, Hannes is active in academia as a teaching assistant at Ghent University, where he contributes to intellectual property law. He regularly publishes and speaks on topics related to IP and technology law and is involved in various professional organisations. Hannes holds a Master’s degree in Law from Ghent University and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from KU Leuven.
