Aline specialises in commercial and technology contracting. She advises clients on the drafting, negotiation and implementation of a wide range of commercial and IT agreements, including software development, SaaS and cloud agreements, licensing, outsourcing and other technology-driven collaborations.
Aline has extensive experience in translating complex commercial and technology projects into clear and workable contractual frameworks. She assists clients throughout the entire contracting process, with a strong focus on balancing legal protection with commercial and operational realities.
Aline holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Ghent (2023).
Aline joined the Bar in 2023 and joined Nuans the same year.
