Aline Thomas is a lawyer at Nuans, focusing on commercial law and contract drafting, as well as data protection and technology. She is involved in the drafting and negotiation of IT – , software -, and various other commercial contracts and advises on compliance with commercial legislation.
Aline is also active in data protection and regularly supports GDPR compliance projects and external DPO mandates, assisting organisations in handling data subject requests, regulatory investigations, and complex interactions with supervisory authorities.
She holds a Master’s degree in Law from Ghent University and is a member of the Ghent Bar, where she combines a strong legal foundation with a hands-on approach to multidisciplinary and innovationdriven matters.
