Dave Lefevre is a lawyer at Nuans, focusing on corporate law and M&A. He advises companies on a broad range of corporate matters, covering both litigation and contractual work. Dave holds a Master’s degree in Law from Ghent University (2025) and is currently completing an advanced Master in Company Law at KU Leuven (Brussels campus). During his studies, he gained practical experience through several internships at law firms, developing a strong foundation in corporate legal practice. He has also contributed to legal scholarship through theses on local autonomy and property rights in company law, as well as a publication in Kluwer’s commentary on economic law.
