Sarah Constandt is an associate at Nuans, focusing on corporate law, M&A transactions, commercial contracts and broader business law matters. She advises and assists companies, shareholders,
directors and entrepreneurs across a range of sectors, both in advisory matters and in the context of commercial disputes.
Sarah enjoys working closely with clients and gaining a clear understanding of their business, ambitions and the sectors in which they operate. She is particularly driven by helping clients build, grow and protect the projects they are passionate about, by providing legal support that is practical, thoughtful and aligned with their commercial objectives.
Sarah obtained her master’s degree in law from Ghent University in 2024, where she developed a particular interest in corporate law, commercial contracts and corporate governance. She is a member of the Ghent Bar. Before joining Nuans, Sarah gained experience in commercial disputes and contractual matters at NOMA, which strengthened her understanding of the legal and strategic challenges faced by businesses and entrepreneurs.
