As a Senior Associate in our IP Team, you will work closely with the partners on a wide variety of matters at the intersection of innovation, technology, creativity, and business. You will advice clients on the protection, structuring, commercialization and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyright, software-related assets, knowhow, licensing arrangement and strategic collaborations.
You will support innovative companies, start-ups, scale-ups, creative actors and technology-driven organisations in navigating complex legal and strategic IP challenges. Your work will include drafting and negotiation IP agreements, advisong on protection, supporting digital and software-driven project and assisting clients in building sustainable and competitive IP strategies aligned with their business objectives.
You will also play and active role in IP enforcement and dispute resolution, including cease-and-desist proceedings, settlement negotiations and litigation before courts and specialised bodies. This includes representing and supporting clients in trademark, design and patent disputes before intellectual property offices and other administrative or alternative dispute resolution forms, always with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach.
In a hands-on and ambitious environment, you will work directly with founders, management teams, legal teams and in-house stakeholders, contributing to tailored legal solutions that foster innovation, growth, and long-term value creation.
