Who are we?

Position

As a Senior Associate in our Litigation Team, you will work closely with the partners on complex business conflicts, strategic conflict management, and litigation matters. You will advise and represent clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial-related matters, including shareholder conflicts, directors’ liability, commercial litigation, and transaction related disputes. An important part of your role will consist of assessing legal and strategic risks, helping clients make informed decisions and anticipate potential escalation scenarios.

You will help clients navigate challenging situations through negotiations, targeted action, and where necessary, strong representation before courts and regulatory authorities. Working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, you will play an active role in shaping practical, business-focused solutions with speed, impact, and precision.

Who are you?

Master’s degree in Law;
At least 4 years of relevant experience at a Belgian law firm in corporate and/or commercial litigation and conflict management;
Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to assess risks and translate them into practical solutions;
Confident communicator with a hands-on and proactive approach;
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered an asset.
