We are pleased to have advised the Vanderkeulen family on the sale of Vanderkeulen Sonderingen to Studibo.

This transaction is part of Studibo’s broader expansion strategy, through which the group recently completed several acquisitions to strengthen its position as a Benelux engineering and consultancy network.
