Eva Vanhaelst is partner and leads our Litigation team.
Eva specialises in corporate and commercial litigation, as well as real estate and construction law. She represents companies, shareholders and entrepreneurs in complex business disputes, including contractual disputes, corporate and shareholder conflicts, and disputes relating to real estate and construction projects.
Eva combines a strategic approach to dispute resolution with extensive litigation experience. She assists clients from the earliest stages of a conflict through negotiations and settlement discussions to proceedings before the Belgian courts, always with a strong focus on the client’s broader commercial interests.
Eva holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Ghent (2006), an Advanced Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Ghent (2007) and a Postgraduate Degree in Real Estate from the University of Leuven (2012).
Eva joined the Bar in 2007.
